Carisa Galloway, LPC
Carisa is an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in the state of Texas. Originally from Washington State, Carisa chose mental health as a career to help others in their quest for hope and healing. She has an ecclectic approach to therapy, choosing tools and interventions specifically for the individual and unique issue(s) that each client presents. This podcast was created to help individuals understand themselves, their relationships, and the world, as well as how to do life in general. There is not one individual who knows everything about living in the world, regulating emotions, choosing good relationships, and mitigating damage in life. But, this podcast is a great start to working through some basics that can help with those things. If you have questions or comments, or suggestions for show ideas, please email Carisa at fortheloveoftherapy@gmail.com and thank you for listening!
